Trained by yoga masters in Nepal, I harness ancient eastern teachings interpreted by Swami Sivananda Saraswati to build a strong foundation of breath, meditation, and movement with the ultimate goal of inner peace and joy through mindful practice. With over 20 years of experience as a modern yoga student, I have a holistic perspective on implementing yoga and yogic philosophies in our busy lives. I focus on educating my students on the importance of self-love and positive mindset.
